Introducing Rush B: The Esports Manager Game Built for Competitive Depth
The esports management game people want still does not truly exist. For years, fans of competitive FPS have imagined a deep management sim where decisions matter beyond a single match, where building a team means shaping its identity over seasons, not just clicking through results. That vision is what led us to start building Rush B.
Manager games work because they create stories over time. You scout unknown talent, develop players through success and failure, and slowly build something that feels personal. Esports has all the ingredients for that experience. Real teams, real rivalries, evolving tactics, and players whose personalities shape outcomes both inside and outside the server. Yet no game has captured that depth in a meaningful way.
Rush B is built to fill that gap. It is a long-term esports management simulation focused on tactical decision making, player development, and organizational growth. Every system connects to another. Tactical preparation influences confidence. Confidence affects performance. Performance shapes reputation, which changes who wants to join your team and how your future unfolds.
This project exists because we wanted to play this game ourselves. Development happens openly with input from people who follow competitive esports closely, from dedicated fans to experienced players. Rush B is not designed around trends or simplified mechanics. It is built around the idea that esports deserves the same depth, authenticity, and long-term storytelling that made management simulations beloved in traditional sports.
