Built by Lazy Penguin Studios, a three-person indie team, Rush B is the first management sim to treat tactical FPS esports with the depth the scene deserves.

Full description

Rush B: Esports Manager is a tactical FPS esports management simulation developed by Lazy Penguin Studios, a three-person independent studio based in Germany.

The game puts players in the role of an esports organisation director tasked with building a competitive dynasty from the ground up. Players scout and develop talent from a database of over 1,000 athletes modelled with 24 individual skill attributes spanning mechanical ability, tactical awareness, mental resilience, and weapon proficiency.

The game models the economics of running a real esports organisation: sponsorship deals, merchandise revenue, and the constant balancing act between ambition and budget. Tournament progression mirrors the real competitive calendar, ranging from open qualifiers through regional circuits to the most prestigious international stages, with Play-In, Swiss, and bracket formats all represented.

Rush B is built in public, with the community shaping core systems before they ship. It is the game that fans of tactical FPS esports have been waiting for.

About the Developer

Lazy Penguin Studios

Lazy Penguin Studios is an independent indie-studio, founded in Germany. Rush B: Esports Manager is the studio's first title.

We have always loved deep management sims. The kind where you lose track of time, where a single transfer decision echoes through three seasons, where the systems reward patience and punish shortcuts. The genre has produced some of the greatest games ever made.

But in the tactical FPS esports space, that depth simply did not exist. We kept looking for a game that truly captured what competitive esports feels like from the inside: the roster moves, the meta shifts, the pressure of qualifying, the economics of running an organisation. Every time we looked, we found something shallow. A skin over a spreadsheet. A game that gestured at the genre without committing to it.

So we stopped waiting. We pooled our skills, picked up Godot 4, and started building the game we had always wanted. Rush B is that game. It is our obsession made playable, and we are building it in public alongside the community it is made for.
