About the Game

Rush B: Esports Manager is a tactical esports management simulation for PC, inspired by the competitive structure of professional bomb-defusal tactical FPS esports. Players assume the role of team manager and general manager simultaneously, responsible for roster construction, tactical preparation, in-match strategic calls, player development, and long-term organisation finances.

The game is built around a simulated competitive circuit spanning three global regions and over 136 teams, with a calendar of regular season, playoff, and international events. Match outcomes are resolved by a deterministic simulation engine that weights player attributes, team chemistry, prepared tactics, and round-economy decisions against live opponent tendencies.

Rush B is currently in active development and approaching closed alpha. A public demo is planned prior to full release. The game will launch on PC via Steam for Windows. No release date has been announced.

About Lazy Penguin Studios

Lazy Penguin Studios is an independent game development studio founded in Germany in 2026, focused on management simulations across the sports and esports sector. The studio's long-term vision is to build a universe of deep, authentic management experiences, starting with competitive esports and expanding from there.

The team is small and deliberate: two developers and a UI collaborator who brings an outside eye to every screen before it ships. That size is a feature, not a constraint. It means short feedback loops, fast iteration, and a direct line between the people building the game and the people who care most about how it turns out.

Community-driven development sits at the centre of how Lazy Penguin Studios works. Feature priorities, design decisions, and roadmap direction are discussed openly with the Discord community before they are built. The players shaping Rush B are the same players who will play it.
